The **Humature Index **calculator approximates the humidity index based on the temperature and dew point.

**INSTRUCTIONS:** Choose units and enter the following:

**Humature Index (Th):** The calculator returns the heat index in degree Celsius (°C). However, this can be automatically converted to compatible units via the pull-down menu.

The formula for Humature Index is:

Th = t - (τ -18)

where:

- Th is the Humature Index
- t is the air temperature
- τ is the dew point.
