where 

• %e₁ is the percent relative uncertainty associated with the first measurement. 
• %e₂ is the percent relative uncertainty associated with the the second measurement. 
• %e₃ is the percent relative uncertainty associated with the third measurement.
• %e₄ is the final relative uncertainty.
