This radiation dosage conversion equation converts the input measure of radiation dosage into other chosen units of radiation dosage.
Radiation Dose is a measure of The radiation dose is measured as a unit of ionizing radiation and is defined as the absorption of a quantity of energy by a mass., , and .
The units of radiation dose supported by vCalc for conversions are:
To perform conversion, enter the numeric number of units you want to convert and pull-down the menu to select the units associated with your input value.
The results will be displayed in the default radiation dose units and you can pull-down the units selection menu to change the output units to your desired converted units.
For example: if you enter 450 and leave the default input units as Gy as your input radiation dose unit, the display will show a resultant 450 Gy output. If you then select rem as your output units, the output is automatically converted to 45000 rem.
