**Velocity Through Air**

This equation computes the velocity an object would have to be traveling at to generate the change in pressure experienced due to Bernoulli's principle: `p +1/2*rho*V^2 = C`

The inputs to this equation are:

- rho - air density (which we assume as the dry air density constant)
- p -the pressure experienced at the velocity, V
- C - the local air pressure
