The **Epley Formula** calculator computes the one repetition max based on the Epley formula.

**INSTRUCTIONS:** Choose your preferred weight units (e.g. pound or kilograms) and enter the following:

**r**) This is the number of repetitions achieved.

**One Rep Max:** The calculator returns the One Repetition Maximum (**1RM**) in pounds. However, this can be automatically converted to other weight units (e.g. kilograms) via the pull-down menu.
