# Games of Chance

A game of chance is a game whose outcome is strongly influenced by some randomizing device (e.g. roulette wheels, dice, spinning tops, etc) , rather than by the skill of its players, and upon which contestants may choose to wager money or anything of monetary value.

vCalc's Game of Chance library contains all things pertaining to such games as card games, gambling, lottery, etc.
