The **Underwater Pressure** calculator compute the pressure exerted underwater by the water column directly overhead as a function of the density of the water (ρ), depth under water (d), and the acceleration due to gravity (g).

**INSTRUCTIONS:** Choose units and enter the following:

**ρ**) This is the density of the water (see below). - (
**d**) This is the depth under water.

**Underwater Pressure (p):** The calculator returns the pressure in pascals (Pa). However, this can be automatically converted to other pressure units via the pull-down menu.
