The RevPAC calculator computes the Revenue per Availalbe Customer. 

INSTRUCTIONS: Choose the preferred units and enter the following:

• (R) This is the total revenue from hotel guests.
• (n) This is the number of hotel guests.

RevPAC: The calculator returns the revenue per available customer in U.S. dollars.  However, this can be automatically converted to other currencies via the pull-down menu.

General Information

RevPAC is a measure of performance, embodies a shift in perspective from an "asset play" based on hotel properties and rooms to a focus on leveraging customer equity for shareholder wealth.  RevPAC stands for Revenue Per Available Customer.
