The No-Rooz Holiday Bonus Calculator (English) computes the holiday reward (bonus) of an employee based on several factors as follows:
- Is the person an employee of a government agency or government related entity (such as banks)
- The person's monthly pay
- The number of days in the calendar year that the person worked for the company or agency.
Calculator guideline, how the reward (bonus) is computed:
- The reward is prorated by the number of days of the year that the employee worked for the agency or company.
- Government affiliated employees get a set bonus (Currently: 6880000)
- All others received two month's pay.
- There is a minimum reward (Currently: 13973650)
- There is a maximum reward (Currently: 21372750
- Rewards are taxed at a certain rate (10%)
- Rewards are only taxed above a certain value (Currently: 11500000)

برای محاسبه مبلغ پاداش عیدی خود در قسمت اول اگر کارمند دولت هستید گزینه اول را انتخاب کنید و در غیر اینصورت گزینه دوم را. سپس مبلغ حقوق پایه خود ( یعنی مبلغ حکم حقوقی شما منهای مواردی مانند حق خوارو بار و مسکن و اولاد و..)را وارد نمایید و در قسمت سوم تعداد روزهای کارکرد خود در سالی که گذشت را وارد نمایید و در نهایت مشاهده خواهید کرد که مبلغ عیدی شما چقدر خواهد بود. لطفا توجه کنید که مبالق را به ریال وارد نمایید.
